Visited for the first time today to pick up some lunch on way back home from a holiday. The staff were very pleasant and the place is very nice inside. Had a delicious cheese & ham toastie, and some great soup. Will definitely visit when in the area again.

Visited with my son after playing at the local golf course. Staff were friendly and polite, food fresh and delicious and very reasonably priced. Cracking wee place and would highly recommend.

Found this place while staying in a cottage on our Honeymoon. Scones as lite as an angels breath, and such an array of different types and all homemade. First visit scones, jam and cream. 2nd visit cheese scones with home made soup. Didn't disappoint us, service was great and the lady who owns this gem of a place had time out to answer our questions about the history of the place and the village. Dogs fortunately are not allowed in, and I would recommend them to see if they could maybe add a table or two somewhere outside for dog walkers. Everyone should have the opportunity to taste the scones from here.my hubby had a cheese and bacon toasties and said it was delicious. Ashame we had to come home or this would of been our go to....
